An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, widely established law firm in their Felixstowe office. Be part of a highly respected and award-winning firm celebrated for its outstanding legal services spanning over two decades. We are seeking an ambitious qualified conveyancer or CILEX, ideally with at least 3 years PQE.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice on property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and searches.
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.
Job Details and Benefits:

- Monday – Friday, 35 hours a week
