Are you eager to kick-start your career in IT? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Join us as an IIT Support Anaylst Apprentice and become the frontline hero for our clients, providing essential support and gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
What You’ll Do:
Client Support: Be the first point of contact for our clients, offering support via telephone and email. You'll log requests, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Create and maintain data collection templates, manage user accounts and mobile device registrations, and develop comprehensive product support documentation.
Feedback: Regularly obtain feedback from clients to improve our services and strengthen client relationships.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct system testing of new software and updates before implementation.
Test new customer databases to ensure seamless delivery and functionality.
Proactive Client Engagement:
Help clients maximise the benefits of our products and services.
Understand client requirements and optimize their use of our software to enhance their experience and efficiency.
Business Improvement Initiatives:
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Adhere to and promote our ISO processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
Learning and Development:
Attend Exeter College one day a week to study for the BCS Level 3 IT Solutions Technician course.
Gain hands-on experience and on-the-job training to build a solid foundation for your IT career.
