NS Optimum is based in a purpose built Office in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa. We are now looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our ambitious, sales-driven team and bring their sales experience and skills to us.

NS Optimum is a well-established IT company having worked in the industry for nearly 30 years.
We provide complete computer network solutions and a whole range of education focused technology to schools, academies and colleges throughout the U.K.
NS Optimum works closely with the Department for Education (DfE) again providing IT hardware & services to “new build” schools, through their tendering and contracts process.
We offer our customers the simple supply of hardware to the more complex, school ICT network installations. NS Optimum provides outstanding advice, robust products, installation service and trusted school IT technical support.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a regional team within a buzzing and exciting sales department, working towards personal and team targets. For employees with a motivated work-ethic and a desire to succeed, this position offers a career platform from which promotion is readily available for employees to progress through the sales department and earn unlimited uncapped on target salaries. You will have visibility of the career structure so you can easily work towards promotions with the help of your Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking inbound and making outbound calls, new & existing business development, taking customer orders, dealing with customer queries, and liaising with different departments.
• Achieve reasonable sales targets
• Various other tasks to be carried out as and when required.
You will be office based during your working week, but there may be a requirement to visit schools directly to assess their exact needs. Should you reach a suitable level of sales you will be provided with a vehicle to facilitate this function. We work in a very competitive marketplace so your drive to win business so that more schools can benefit from our services is a pivotal part of your role.
Once a year we usually we display our products and offer our services at the BETT Show, ExCel London. Europe’s largest Education IT show. You will get the chance to join the buzz.
What you’ll need:
• Ideally you will have a few years of sales experience although not essential
which will reflect your starting basic salary. Any proven track record and
success stories that you can show will help. Your drive to succeed will make you successful.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
• Computer skills.
• Ability to remain professional at all times.
• Working in a very competitive marketplace, a drive to win new business is essential.
• Knowledge of computer network systems would be an advantage, however training will be given.
• Continuous product training, support and development will be provided.
• This role would also suit retail staff who would like a change in a career and who have gained skills working with the public.
