Are you an experienced Web Developer with a passion for providing the best user experience?



We are recruiting for a Web Application Developer to join our ICT team here at Public Sector Partnership Services.



PSPS work to an Agile and Hybrid Working Policy, which requires all employees to work from our offices for a minimum of 2 days per week, or more if there is a business or performance requirement.



This role will play a key part in the development and delivery of high performing digital services designed to improve and enhance the end user experience of the Company, its Client Councils and the 300,000 residents of the districts. You will be important in both the development and delivery of our Company and its Clients Web and intranet presence.



We are currently undertaking an exciting project to replace our existing CRM system. This project, using the GOSS Digital Platform, provides the opportunity to develop enhanced and accessible digital services, often with back-office system integration, to our wide range of customers. Experience with the following from GOSS would be advantageous:

Integration & Endpoints
Advanced Workflow


Outside of numerous web application projects the team are responsible for:

Providing comprehensive support to defined standards and service levels, in respect to web application development
Designing and implementing application enhancements
Performing required scheduled maintenance
Providing guidance and support to business areas in respect to the use of new digital technology.


What we need from you:

Experience in the design and development of websites that deliver functional services for customers, communities and stakeholders with usability, accessibility, performance, and security in mind
Qualification in web development / programming
Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: ASP.NET, JavaScript/ECMAScript (client and server side)
