Summary

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Parking Attendants/Enforcement Supervisors, you will be responsible for patrolling beats on foot, identifying infringements to legislation/regulations and issuing penalty charge notices, authorising vehicle removals and dealing with enquiries and complaints from members of the public.

This can be a challenging position which requires effective communication and organisational skills and the ability to deal with confrontational situations whilst remaining calm and polite under pressure.


Applicants must be physically fit and capable of walking long distances. You must be able to work evenings and weekends and have the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Basic literacy skills and basic keyboard skills are essential, and you should be familiar with smartphone usage and application and the ability to complete paperwork/reports associated with parking appeals or Health & Safety incidents.

A NAT5 level or equivalent qualification including English, and a current driving licence are desirable.

Shifts in operation between 7:30 to 22:00. 5 days over 7
