Here at Randstad C&P we are working with a national client to onboard a silled and experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer covering a variety of commercial sites in and around Irvine. As part of a leading national facilities management company, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance for our prestigious clients.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and the main working hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
The Package:
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
- Core working hours , Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems (including split, VRV/VRF, and chillers) across multiple commercial sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and recommend effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the wider FM team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and professional manner, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering.
- Previous experience within a commercial or facilities management premises.
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
