Crynodeb
Key Local Information : The ROSE Team are based at Kingswood Civic Centre. We are a secondary service working with service users working with adults. Referrals come from the Recovery Teams, but can also come from teams within the locality. Although the small team consists of two other key workers there will be access to the Multi-Disciplinary team of both Recovery Teams in South Gloucestershire. This includes Community Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Consultant Psychiatrists and Specialty Doctors, Recovery support workers, Mental Health and Well-being Practitioner's, amongst others. The role will involve working closely with Team Managers from Therapies and CMHT, and the Senior Practitioners, to provide clinical leadership. The role will involve service development; supporting the team to meet the challenges of the Community Mental Health Framework, and planned changes to ways of working, including Your Team Your Conversation Your Plan which will be replacing the Care Programme Approach in 2024. The clinical role will also involve carrying out complex assessments and carrying a small caseload. There will also be some delegated management responsibilities to support the Team Managers.
