Crynodeb
You will oversee various clinical and non-clinical responsibilities. Tower Theatres comprises of three operating theatres, a lithotripsy suite and clinical care endoscopy patients. The clinical area also supports a surgical admissions area and post-operative second stage recovery for day case procedures. Lambeth Theatres comprises of 6 operating theatres, The clinical area also supports a surgical admissions area and post-operative second stage recovery for day case procedures. The clinical areas works in collaboration with Main Theatres to support patient discharges where appropriate. Nuffield Theatres supports a new surgical admission lounge, two new modular theatres and an 8 bedded recovery unit. Attending theatre scheduling meetings Assisting with staff rostering, allocation and ensuring adequate skill mix Possess clinical expertise in Anaesthetic/ recovery/ scrub/ surgical admission and Nurse- Led Discharge Assisting with Incident report and complaint investigation Support friends and family feedback and conduct audit Demonstrate ability to work in a team Address staffing and clinical concerns by escalating them appropriately
