Crynodeb
To work with the Academy team, AHP Lead, Chief AHP, Professional AHPs and Clinical Leads to identify specific training needs and plan programmes to ensure staff are competent and have the right skills to undertake their roles. To work with the Academy team, AHP Clinical Practice & Education Lead, Chief AHP, Lead AHP, clinical teams, Heads of Clinical Services (HOCS), Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapies (DDNTs) as an ambassador for practice development. To support Professional AHP Leads, DDNTs and Clinical Leads in planning, implementing, and evaluating practice changes in line with evidence and best practice.
