An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Alumni & Communications Assistant to join the Adam Smith Business School.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide proactive and efficient administrative support for the Alumni Office in all aspects of its alumni relations and communications work. Reporting to the International Alumni Officer as part of the Adam Smith Business School Alumni Office but working closely with colleagues from across the University (including External Relations, Central Communications and Public Affairs Office, the Careers Service, and the Adam Smith Business School), the postholder will help support Chinese-language social media, public relations and general marketing and communications activities aimed at Chinese audiences, including current and prospective students, alumni and partner institutions..
This post is part time (20 hours per week) and offered on a fixed term basis for up to 1 year in the first instance.
