Are you looking for a role that recognises the impact of passionate, engaging education?

Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners across the UK? If so, join us as a professional Maths, English, or Science Tutor.

We are seeking tutors to make a difference for learners in Farnborough and Fleet.

These students require dedicated, in-person support to achieve academic success.

If you're an engaging teacher or tutor with experience supporting KS1-KS4 English, Maths, or Science, and would relish the opportunity to work with students in their homes or schools, delivering tuition on a one-to-one or small group basis, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll provide in-person, daytime tuition to learners who are struggling to meet age-related academic expectations.

These tutoring opportunities are tailored to fit your availability, ranging from 5 to 25+ hours per week depending on learner needs.

Your skill and expertise will play a leading role in boosting learners' self-confidence and subject knowledge, ultimately re-engaging them with education and delivering a positive learning outcome.

Some of our learners have complex learning requirements.

Experience working with children who have the following needs will be advantageous:
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Childhood trauma
- Create lesson plans and deliver tuition designed to engage, inspire, and educate.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with learners' guardians/teachers to ensure academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
- Competitive weekly remuneration through PAYE.
- Control over your workload with flexible roles that fit around your existing commitments and availability, including full-time equivalent hours.
- Ongoing training opportunities that count towards your CPD and provide insight into working with SEN learners.
- A dedicated Tuition Consultant who will work closely with you to ensure you have as much work as you can fulfil, matching you to opportunities that meet your preferences.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
- Must live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.
- A commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. In line with government statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe In Education' (KCSIE), all candidates must pass our strict processes to ensure their suitability to work with children and young people before being considered for work with us.
