We are looking to recruit aBand7 Business Manager working in the Talking Therapies team acrossBerkshire. You willalreadybeworking as anenthusiastic and experiencedBusinessManager,who has a can-do attitude, is innovativeandhasgreat people skills.Youwill have leadership experience and be able todemonstratecontinuous improvement in the work that you do. Showing effective management skills, you will take responsibility forthe managementmembers of the Business Support Teamin Talking Therapies.


Workingclosely with theOperationalBusinessManagerthe post holderwill lead and manage variousoperational and business requirements of Talking Therapies Berkshire. The role will lead on key projects and innovationsfor the business support team.Theywill leadandsupport withservice improvementprojects, updating care pathways, managingadminbudgetsandsupporting service managers withcapacityand demand planning

• Management and leadership ofmembers of the Business Support Team

• Support service managers withscapacityand demandplanning

• Ensurethat Talking Therapies sites runeffectivelyby havingthe right resources,equipmentand operational support

• Working alongside theOperationalBusiness managerand to deputise as and whenrequired

• Developing and improving non-clinical processes and systemsto support teams across the servicework smoothly and efficiently

1. Recent operationalmanagementexperience within a largeprimary caremental health service

1. Experience of leading and managing largenon-clinicalteams
