An opportunity has arisen forMRICS certifiedSenior Building Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy firm.Our client offers wide range of services in construction & property across the UK.In this role, you'll fulfil Senior Building Surveyor and Employers Agent roles, supporting our Project Management division.
You will be required to travel to fulfil project requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct defects analysis and report writing.
- Manage dilapidations, perform building surveys and produce various reports.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys.
- Write specifications for minor works and maintenance projects.
- Handle party wall mattersand supervise sites.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Building Surveyor in a similar role.
- Relevant educational background with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Hold a degree, preferably with RICS accreditation.
- Skilled in IT.
