9:00am - 5:30pm

An opportunity has arisen for RICS qualified Rural Surveyor with 4 years PQE to join a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents. In this role, you will advise farmers, landowners, and commercial landlords on rural and commercial property matters.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle landlord and tenant issues, including lettings, renewals, and rent reviews.
- Prepare valuations for rural and commercial properties.
- Provide guidance on grant schemes and general estate management.
- Offer advice on compensation related to compulsory purchases, wayleaves, and easements.
- Foster strong relationships within the rural community and stay informed on countryside issues.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Rural Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of rural affairs and agriculture.
- CAAV qualified or working towards it.
- RICS Registered Valuer or eligible for registration.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
