Summary
Neway is looking for a Trainer to join the Repairs and Investment team based with Greenwich Council.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our Repairs and Investment department within the Housing and Safer Communities directorate. This role is part of a significant transformation programme aimed at improving the resident's end-to-end journey by revising our policies, procedures, processes, and systems to enable our colleagues to provide an excellent resident-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts, digital teams, project teams, and ICT colleagues to support the improvement programme.
Develop and deliver training materials that upskill colleagues within the department.
Work closely with the Training Manager to foster community and workforce development through effective training.
Understand and apply different learning styles, techniques, and delivery methods to enhance colleagues' skillsets.
Deliver training on-site, with flexibility for course development to be done remotely (work from home or office).
Regular attendance at the Birchmere office 2-3 days per week, with potential full-week on-site requirements depending on project demands.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Trainer, particularly within ICT and transformation projects.
Strong understanding of different learning styles, techniques, and delivery methods.
Passionate about leveraging technology to drive improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
