Talent Acquisition Administrator
Hybrid – 2 days in the Solihull officeFull Time, 6 Months Fixed Term Salary
- £23,000 per annumHere at Serco, the Talent Acquisition Team are responsible for hiring people that deliver essential public services in defence, transport, justice, immigration, healthcare, and citizen services. As our new Administrator, you’ll play a vital role assisting our team with a wide range of tasks including managing the inbound calls for the recruitment team via STORM, managing the email inbox for recruitment and providing a range of administrative support such as interview scheduling, end to end internal hiring administration and reporting for senior management.

As part of this you’ll:


- Act as first point of contact for internal and external candidate/customer calls to the MYHR Recruitment line
- Own and manage the Serco Employee Referral scheme
- Respond to email queries from internal and external customers
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the TA Team including CV sifting, telephone screening and interview scheduling

What you’ll need to do the role:


- Excellent communication skills, be flexible and friendly, with a high level of self-motivation & initiative
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Ability to deal with a high volume of incoming phone calls and e-mails
- Proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A highly customer-orientated approach, committed to achieving excellent levels of customer service
- Experience in a customer service call handling/Recruitment environment is desirable
