Housing Support Worker
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £24,600 per annum
Job title: Peripatetic Worker
We have an opportunity for a Housing Support Worker (Peripatetic Worker) to join our Association.
The Peripatetic worker will be based at our offices in Chesterfield.
Adullam offers the following benefits.
• Salary up to £24,600.00, for 37.5 hours per week,

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
• To adopt a person centred and trauma informed approach to build trust with our Young People and develop tailored support plans in line with our Statement of Purpose and OFSTED regulations.
• To develop, promote and deliver direct, planned and structured one to one activities and group sessions co-designed with our Young People in line with support and coproduction plans.
The closing date is 9am, Wednesday 14th August 2024.
