Summary
Our company a leading Financial Planner are seeking an experienced Paraplanners (Report Writers) to join their small team on a permanent basis in the Truro area.
Person Specification:
• Esssential experience within a financial services or client based report writing environment.
• Experience with Intelligent Office and Genovo is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services including FCA regulations.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deal with people in various contexts.
• Ability to analyse information with accuracy.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Ability to prioritise own work to meet set deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of work.
• Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• To deliver high standard report writing support/research to our financial planners in line with Duchy IFA’s strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all client electronic files are maintained to a very high standard and regularly updated.
• To liaise effectively with Advisers, Clients, Colleagues, Providers & Introducers.
• To maintain client confidentiality, data protection and other legislative and organisational responsibilities.
• To liaise with relevant teams in relation to compliance, admin, technology etc.
• To ensure compliance procedures are strictly adhered to in a timely matter.
Rates and hours:
• Full time, 5 days a week.
• £30 - £35k per annum.
• Occasional travel between sites may be required.
