Sanders Senior Living are a leading healthcare provider of residential and dementia care homes, led by a passionate team seeking to provide the highest standards of care and happiness for our residents. We are expanding our portfolio of homes through luxury new build developments.
We are looking for an engaging, confident and motivated individual to delivery professional and courteous reception service to all visitors to the home.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure that every visitor to the home has a consistently good experience; that he / she is greeted courteously and professionally and assisted fully in respect of their specific requirements.
To provide administrative support to the Administrator and other home management staff as required.
To support effective and confidential record keeping in the Home.
To support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the Home in the local community
To be considered for this role, you must have to following:
Strong communication skills
Previous reception experience (essential)
Proficient level of IT knowledge
Attention to detail
