The Opportunity

As the Assistant Hotel Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our guests have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

Guest Relations Management & Development: Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing any escalated situations promptly and effectively.

Operational Excellence: Working predominantly in the Open Lobby but also across other hotel departments (Reception, Conference & Events, Restaurant, and Bar).

Department Support: Assisting the Hotel Services Manager (HSM) – Front Office and HSM – F&B in their daily operations. Providing management cover in their absence.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within Hospitality (ideally hotel or restaurant operations).
  • Passionate and Engaging approach to leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to be their best
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
