Crynodeb
Hays recruitment are currently recruiting for a team leader on the outskirts of Canterbury. This is a full-time permanent position starting asap.
Monday to Friday
8-hour shift
Duties:
- Coordinate efforts and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Making sure machinery and computer systems are running smoothly.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks.
- Train and support the team, lead KPI's / targets.
- Take regular reports and updates.
- Stick and drive health & safety policies.
Skills / experience
- 1 year in a decontamination leadership role.
- Strong leadership.
- Communication.
- Knowledge of health and safety Guidelines.
Over 18 months of team leader / supervisor experience.
Knowledge in the healthcare industry / sector.
Experience of dealing with hazardous materials.
