Bradford Night Support Coordinator

About the role...
As a Night Support Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to provide support and enhanced housing management to Service Users accessing the No Second Night Out service in Bradford, in order to help them live independently and progress towards sustained housing.

This role will provide night time support through the week and weekends on a rolling rota and will focus on meeting Service Users needs and supporting daytime staff. This role will also support the Cold Weather Provision.

Hours are based on a shift rota, one week on and one week off (7 days). You will be required to cover two sites, your base site Discovery House and Endeavour House.

About you...

Experience supporting vulnerable people is essential.
Knowledge of the causes of alcohol/ substance misuse, mental health and homelessness.
Experience of support planning and risk assessing is desirable.
Knowledge of housing options available and relevant legislation is desirable.
