Main purpose of the job:
To assist in the daily repairs of vehicles in order to achieve production figures and produce high quality vehicles in line with customer standards and repair methods.
Main responsibilities:
Carry out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition in line with approved methods
Carry out all repairs in line with manufacturer standards, including removing dents from the vehicles
Ensure that all Company documentation is accurately completed, and that all Company procedures are followed
Ensure the BCA values and beliefs are upheld
Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadline and ensure repair efficiency
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician
Ability to repair vehicle panels, including experience in using dent pulling equipment
Positive attitude and enthusiastic
Able to work in a team effectively and independently
Ability to work to high standards and high attention to detail
