Reed Business Support in Cambridge are supporting a market leader in the design, development, manufacture and supply of human machine interfaces, membrane keypads, flexi circuits, graphic overlays, labels and a diverse range of products associated with the printed graphics industry. They are on the lookout for a passionate and highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a positive energy, resilience and an unwavering drive to succeed. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of their company, committed to delivering industry-leading customer service and driving sales through a variety of channels.
Day to Day of the role:
Engage with customers through a mix of on-site visits and telephone calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the benchmark for the industry.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, actively contributing to the growth of the business.
Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date diary system to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
Present a monthly sales report to management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pro-active and self-motivated attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, with a history of year-on-year increases.
Background in sales within screen print or related market sectors is highly desirable.
Polished professional with a hunger for success and a confident, outgoing and resilient personality.
Professional and intelligent approach to work, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a targeted environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years.
