Summary

M4 Specialist are currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers for our client based in Pontefract. You will have an Induction on the first day and tramping can be anywhere in the UK and will be Monday to Friday. This is temporary ongoing work, working for a local logistics company with a great working environment.

Shifts for the role of a Class 1 Tramper Driver:
• Monday to Friday: Start times vary depending on run

Duties of a Class 1 Tramper Driver will include:
• Safe and efficient movement of goods and safe delivery
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Ensure all policies are adhered to
• Excellent understanding of driving hours and manual entries
• Passionate about delivering great customer service
• Maintain a professional image when driving a company vehicle

Requirements for the role of a Class 1 Tramper Driver:
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence essential
• Up to date Digitacho and CPC
• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player & hardworking.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Full UK driving license is essential
• Minimum 1 years’ experience on Class 1 vehicle & no more than 6 points

The Benefits of working as a Class 1 Tramper Driver:
• £14.00ph – PAYE
• £22.00 Night Out
• Possible overtime available
