Summary
Camden Council is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fire Risk Assessment Co-Ordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our contract manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our fire risk assessment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective administrative support to the contract manager.
Issue work orders and liaise with subcontractors.
Ensure accuracy of data and maintain updated trackers.
Raise purchase orders and manage procurement processes.
Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and formula functions.
Apply NEC (New Engineering Contract) experience in administrative tasks.
Support the team in the fire risk assessment setting, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel with extensive knowledge of VLOOKUP and formulas.
Experience working within a fire risk assessment setting.
Familiarity with NEC contracts.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors and team members.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
