Job Description
Working within Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership the post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of Facilities Maintenance delivery and the team within a large carehome facility and associated Social work properties within the Glasgow geographical boundary. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders and customers/building users and supporting the Senior Officer (Facilities Management & Maintenance) in achieving the service level agreement.
Your basic hours of work will be 35 hours per week will be Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
