Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in identifying solutions to improve healthcare processes and drive quality throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for bringing robust, efficient, and integrated data models and products to life. You will speak the language of business teams and technical teams, able to translate data insights and analysis needs into models that inform future service improvement and delivery. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to blend business acumen with technical expertise and transition between business strategy and data development.
• Ensuring all BI analytics products, both reports and data schema, are designed and developed in accordance with specifications describing customer and internal requirements by translating these into well-defined requirements for development and production.
• Prioritising features and components and ensuring they are useful; usable and answer the problem statement defined by the customer.
• Maintaining high levels of quality through management of an assurance process working closely with other members of the team, and the wider ICB Business Intelligence team.
• Leading, managing and provide expert advice and support to the teams including setting and prioritising work plans and objectives making best use of available resources and embedding quality throughout the service.
