JADW is a nurse-led paediatric day ward operating from 07:15 AM to 8:15 PM, Monday through to Saturday. It is an excellent environment for honing your admission and assessment skills. The ward caters to both surgical and medical patients, including long-term patients returning for day case infusions or regularly repeated treatments. You'll gain experience in various specialties such as gastroenterology, endocrinology, rheumatology, allergy, and anaphylaxis management.
