Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fire Risk Assessment Co-Ordinator (L2Z2) to join our team. As a Fire Risk Assessment Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for assessing potential fire risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. This is a crucial role that requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations, excellent organizational skills, and a meticulous approach to detail.
Responsibilities
Conduct fire risk assessments on various properties to identify potential fire hazards
Analyze and evaluate fire risk assessment reports to determine the most effective strategies for fire prevention and protection
Develop and implement fire safety measures and protocols
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and codes
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote fire prevention and safety awareness
Provide training and education to employees and tenants on fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols
Conduct regular inspections to ensure fire safety equipment and systems are in proper working condition
Requirements
A minimum of [X] years of experience in fire risk assessment or a related field
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proficient in using fire risk assessment software and tools
Fire safety certification (e.g., NFPA Fire Inspector I, Fire Officer I, etc.)
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £18.42
