Crynodeb
We are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant (RA) on a full-time basis to support a new project on prehabilitation for cancer populations in collaboration with the Cancer Treatment Outcome Programme at the Country Durham and Darlington NHS Trust and the Gateshead Health NHS Trust. Prehabilitation means getting someone ready before their cancer treatment. This may include physical activity and exercise, nutrition, mental health, and other supportive services. The aim of this project is to understand people's perceptions and experiences with prehabilitation as well as how and why people engage with prehabilitation. We also want to identify the barriers and facilitators that may influence this.
