Crynodeb
Carries out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills and experience. Demonstrates an understanding of the issues of interest to the client organisation and proposes viable solutions within the scope of own expertise, taking into account the needs of those affected. Recognises needs outside own area of knowledge, recognises how these areas relate, calls for and works effectively with additional expertise as necessary. Maintains detailed knowledge of current practice within own area of expertise. Is aware of current developments within own area of expertise. Seeks awareness and in some cases detailed knowledge of areas outside own area of expertise as appropriate. Installs, tests and implements PACS & RIS and associated equipment.Ensures that all documentation related to the PACS & RIS infrastructure is developed and maintained. Monitors access to any part of the PACS & RIS infrastructure in accordance with established organisational procedures. Provides technical management and control of resources required to provide an efficient and cost-effective PACS & RIS infrastructure delivery service to users, customers and clients. In accordance with change control procedures, evaluates the need for technical changes to the operation of the PACS & RIS infrastructure and executes approved changes.
