Secondment/fixed term for Maternity Cover 6 months

We are seeking a competent Trust system process trainer for the access centre at CMH to cover maternity leave for the next 6 months.

The post holder will ensure that staff in the access centre are trained on the Trust systems i.e., eRS, CERNER and Vantage (REGO). This entails one to one training and evaluation of that training as well as making recommendations on further training as required.

In addition, the postholder will work with the assistant managers to identify data quality issues and make recommendations in this respect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design training packages and evaluation tools in conjunction with the Asst Patient Access Centre Mangers to aid facilitation of training and evaluation of that training
• Facilitate training for staff in the Access Centre on the Trust clinical systems with regard to the processes used
• Evaluate staff to ensure competence in using the Trust clinical systems appropriately
• Make recommendations in relation to staff with regard to further training/update training as appropriate
