The role
As a Site Control Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will act as the first point of contact for our front desk site control office supporting contractors and inductions.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for managing the administration tasks within the Site Control department. You will also:
- General administrative duties including filing, visitor notifications, ordering supplies, contractor assistance and liaising with project officers
- Administration and processing of the documentation through to conclusion and managing SharePoint
- Build and maintain customer relationships by managing customer expectations, resolving issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ensure all department information is disseminated and boards are up to date on a daily/weekly basis as required
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at RNAD Coulport, near Helensburgh with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Site Control Administrator
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organised with great communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft package particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Share Point/documents management systems is desirable but not essential
Qualifications for the Site Control Administrator
- Standard Grade / National 5 English or equivalent
- Risk assessment is desirable but not essential
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
