0.6WTE Clinical During the clinical days you will be providing routine clinical NHS care, without having UDA targets. We would nominally expect to you complete 2000-3000 UDAs during the year. We would also like you help support your host practice, and others in the region to become future training practices for Dental Foundation Training. 0.4WTE Leadership Midland Dental Leadership Fellow posts offer Dental Registrants the opportunity to develop their skills in leadership, management, strategy and project management outside of their normal clinical practice. During the Fellowship you will have the opportunity to acquire, develop and share knowledge and skills in leadership and will be challenged to think and behave differently in your leadership roles.
