We are currently looking for a fine dining Sous Chef to join at our most exclusive Member's Club, The Bentley Record Room, here at Co-op Live Arena.
The 100-capacity club is located next to the performers’ Green Room, offering its private members access to the space before, during and after events at Co-op Live, with the best tickets to live shows as well as experiencing an exciting range of special events. It offers the ultimate in luxury and intimacy for music fans, boasting high-end dining options, a private host and waiter service, designated parking, and a VIP entrance to the venue.
As the Sous Chef, you will oversee a small team of up to 4 chefs, supervising the kitchen operations, maintaining excellent food service standards, ensuring allergen awareness, optimizing kitchen efficiency, and upholding food safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
This is a permanent role, with a salary of up to £36,000 per annum.
Knowledge, skills required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end professional kitchen, with a proven track record in culinary operations and a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
