Summary

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience as Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer within commercial properties
- Air conditioning and refrigeration Qualifications(e.g., City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
- Knowledge of different air conditioning systems, including split systems,VRV/VRF systems, and chiller units.
- Diagnose and repair faults effectively, ensuring systems are operational and energy-efficient.
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to air conditioning maintenance.
Day to Day Duties:
- Conduct PPM on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, addressing urgent issues and minimising downtime.
- Collaborate with team and clients to schedule maintenance visits and communicate maintenance outcomes effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including maintenance reports, service logs, and inventory management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.
