Part Time (Morning) Receptionist / Office Administrator
Location: Twigworth, Gloucestershire
Salary: £9,477 - £10,249 per year
Hours: 15 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30 - 11.30am (there can be some slight movement on the start time)

We’re currently looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator based out of Twigworth, Gloucestershire where our Registered Office provides support, leadership and governance to our multiple sites across the UK.
The Role:
Reporting to our People Director your role will be to facilitate the efficient running of our pleasant company registered office.
You’ll be a keyholder responsible for opening the office in the morning, managing our reception, ensuring a friendly, professional service for all visitors.
You will also take responsibility for managing post, the main central enquiries phone line and Information Inbox; dealing with enquiries where possible or redirecting as appropriate in a timely and professional manner.
You will ensure that smooth running of the office ensuring that it is well stocked with all essential items and that it remains well maintained, arranging any contractors to attend as required and carrying out the basic regular Health and Safety checks.
This role will require some lone working.
Experience:
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
Experience of working in an administrative role with strong attention to detail.
Computer literacy – Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and aptitude to learn
High level of organisation with good time management.
The ability to deal with multiple tasks.
High levels of interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and customer service focus.
