Patient Flow Coordinator Emergency Department Main area - Emergency Medicine Grade - Band 4 Contract - Permanent Site - Royal Surrey County Hospital Town - Guildford We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to become Patient Flow Coordinators within the Emergency Department. This is an exciting and challenging role, in which you would have an opportunity to make a direct positive impact on patient experience within the department. The ability to prioritise, organise and escalate effectively are essential for this role, as are excellent communication and IT skills. Working closely with the medical and nursing teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth and efficient flow of patients through the Emergency Department. The role involves coordinating patient movements, optimising the use of resources and improving patient experience by reducing waiting times and ensuring timely access to care.
