To manage a diverse workload in which there may be conflicting demands and changing priorities, often to tight deadlines.Excellent communication, project management and prioritisation skills are essential. The post holder will be expected to work with considerable autonomy and creativity making decisions on all aspects of accessible information and multi-media approaches, often taking a project management-based approach.A considerable degree of technical knowledge and highly developed inter-personal skills are a pre- requisite for this post, given the range of potential tasks to be fulfilled and the variety of people the post holder will communicate with. Development of web based pages is required using the most suitable methods of communication for all.The post holder will co-produce AI documents with patient leadership representatives and Persons With Lived Experience (PWLE). To ensure maximum involvement, the post holder is to support full participation in the shaping and development of service user responses.The post holder will Chair all panel and task and finish groups for AI and GLT as required. For example, the document review panel held with patient leadership and PWLE, easy read task and finish group meetings.The post holder will attend the GLT champions (once established) network meetings bi-monthly which will include bespoke training sessions. The post holder is responsible for conducting audits in line with both NHS England Accessible Information Standard & NDTi | Green Light Toolkit 2022
