We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised administrator to join our Teaching Organisation within the Deanery of Molecular, Genetic and Population Health Sciences at the University of Edinburgh.
The Opportunity:
You will be part of the vibrant Deanery Teaching Organisation, which is embedded in the Usher Institute and the wider Edinburgh Medical School. We have 600+ students, from more than 50 nationalities, studying with us on our on-campus and online postgraduate programmes, as well as a growing learning community studying on our continuing professional development (CPD) courses in data science.
As a Programme Administrator you will provide support to our programmes, our students and our teaching staff throughout the academic year. You will work closely with our teaching staff, Programme Directors and the wider Teaching Organisation team to deliver a high-quality level of teaching and student experience.
This is a fixed term post for 6 months. The post is part-time (28 hours per week), and we are open to flexible working patterns, in-line with current University policies.
