Internationally recognised construction company operating across multiple countries. Their projects span across multiple sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Residential and Education delivering both new build projects and maintenance frameworks

Your new role Reporting in to the Operations Director, they are looking for an experienced Project Lifecycle Manager / Small Works Manager to oversee multiple work schemes within a hospital setting. This role involves managing various projects that require fixing and upgrading, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Some key areas of responsibility:
Customer Focus: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Planning Works: Manage and plan 10-15 jobs simultaneously, ensuring all projects are on track and within budget.
Negotiating with Subcontractors: Engage and negotiate with subcontractors to secure the best terms and ensure quality work.
Oversee Implementation: Supervise the implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standards.

Some example projects:

  • Installation of 10-12 car park barriers with a budget of £800k.
  • Upgrading 20,000 LED lights with a budget of £2m.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in project management within a similar environment.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in negotiating with subcontractors.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
