Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Assist customers in creating their ideal donut toppings, providing personalized advice on product selections.
Ensure customers have an exceptional dining and coffee experience.
Cashiering:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and responsibly.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
Food and Beverage Handling:
Prepare and assemble donuts according to company’s quality standards.
Prepare coffee for customers, ensuring consistency and flavour excellence.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling.
