Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physio Clinic Manager to lead our team
and oversee the daily operations of our physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic management, driving business
development, enhancing patient experience, and fostering staff development. This role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinic Management:
o Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness.
o Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures.
o Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory to ensure smooth
operations.
o Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
2. Business Development:
o Develop and execute strategies to grow the clinic's patient base and
services.
o Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral
sources.
o Identify opportunities for expanding clinic services and enhancing
revenue.
o Promote the clinic through community outreach and marketing
initiatives.
3. Patient Experience:
o Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
o Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
o Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
o Monitor and improve patient service processes continuously.
4. Staff Development:
o Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff to foster a collaborative and
