In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals by:

Leading engaging and interactive courses: Develop and deliver curriculum for healthcare programs ranging from Level 1 to 3, with the potential for additional programs.
Empowering students: Guide and assess students, fostering their growth and success.
Shaping the future: Collaborate with the Curriculum Leader, contribute fresh ideas, and tackle daily challenges.


The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons (graded 'Good' or above), hold a teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or is willing to pursue the Level 5 Diploma, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to highly motivate and empower learners.
