Building Maintenance Manager - ongoing long term contract - Bristol

Main Duties:
- Managing a team of carpenters + fire door inspectors who will be carrying out repairs on fire doors and inspecting fire doors.
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the Building Safety act
- Budget Management
- Ensuring all work is completed on time and to agreed standards
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in managing maintenance staff - specifically carpenters
- Knowledge of fire door repair and fire door inspection
- Experience in budget control
- Very good health and safety knowledge
- A recognised trade qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- Bristol
£25.13ph plus Hols (PAYE) OR choose to be paid £300 per day Umbrella - wages paid weekly
Long term role, ideal for an experienced maintenance manager with good knowledge of fire door repair and fire door inspection, experience in the management of maintenance and repair staff - specifically carpenters, budgetary experience and living in areas such as Bristol, Fishponds, Filton, Long Ashton, Brislington, Bradley Stoke and the nearby areas to Bristol.
