MTS Staffing are currently seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our client's team based in Pershore. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the business ensuring operational efficiency and business improvement. This is a temp to perm opportunity with great growth potential for candidates.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 10:00-14:00
Responsibilities:
· General administration-based work and organising of the office function.
· Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
· Processing customer orders using an in house CRM and confirming order by sales order acknowledgement.
· Sending quotations to our customers.
· Liaising with internal Cell leaders to ensure a smooth order process for the customer.
· Follow-up quotations and answer any additional questions to secure orders.
· Strong attention to detail and computer / IT skills including MS Office packages.
· Time management and organisational skills with the ability to take initiative.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to be assertive when necessary.
· Attending meetings with senior management.

· Commercially aware.
· Professional and proactive attitude to work
· To be able to handle multiple projects at a time
· Work to a deadline
· Initiative.
· Adaptability.
· A passion to learn & Grow within your role
