Location: Ashford
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part-time and full-time hours available, 12 to 37.5 hours per week, covering a 24/7 operation (50% of weekends)
Salary: Pay framework starts from £18.01 per hour, increasing after probation

IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care, and secondary care support services.
What will you be doing?
As a Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for assessing callers with a wide spectrum of clinical conditions; advising them on home care management, next steps and referring them on to further care when appropriate. The computer-based clinical decision system will facilitate and support the advice given.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the service provided by providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to the immediate needs of the patient. You will demonstrate a commitment to a high-quality service, excellence in clinical practice and continuous professional development, which are all integral to the role and the development of the service.
What do you need?
· A minimum of 2 years post registration experience as an Adult Nurse or Paramedic with A&E and community experience
· Ability to triage patients
· Commitment to undertaking continued learning
· A good level of IT skill
· Good keyboard skills – ability to type, talk, and speak at the same time
· Regardless of hours you are interested in working, you must have the ability to commit to full time whilst in your training period
