Crynodeb
• Do you have experience in welfare benefits administration or a working knowledge of rent accounting or benefit systems?
• Would you like to use your skills to help vulnerable people in the charitable sector?
• Are you a strong administrator who would like to bring your experience to a company that makes a difference to people’s lives?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, enthusiastic and supportive team of 10 based in Nottingham.
The Role
You will be part of Framework’s Rents Team, supporting front-line staff to maximise the organisation’s rental income. You will liaise with Local Authority Housing Benefit departments and other funders to maximise income recovery and ensure income is correctly allocated to residents’ accounts. This not a front-line rent enforcement role but has a direct positive impact on delivery of high-quality supported accommodation and support services to the most vulnerable in society.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of welfare benefits administration and experience using rent accounting or benefit systems. We would welcome candidates with an accounting/finance background and those with experience in the use of advanced Excel or finance systems.
Join us and make a difference.
Interviews are due to be held on Tuesday 20th August 2024
