Establish and implement effective security policies and procedures to protect the establishment.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend vital improvements.
Work together with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Lead all aspects of access control systems and promptly address any breaches.
Coordinate and conduct security training and awareness programs for staff members.
Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports.
Stay informed about the most recent security technologies and current industry standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
Ensure up to date Health and Safety policies and procedures as part of this role.
Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
